The brief
Three-day partner expo with a full activation stand, product demo zones and visitor interviews. Sales needed daily edits to push to reseller decks before the next morning.
Approach
Stand-side coverage rotating between live demos and quieter portrait moments. End-of-day edits delivered nightly with brand and venue tagging applied per asset.
Outcome
Daily edit packs landed before 8am. Reseller decks for two regions rebuilt with the new imagery the following week. Visitor interview clips reused on the Atlassian YouTube channel.
