Do you have your own pass to get on the show floor?

I work with whatever pass the show issues — usually media or exhibitor. If the venue requires a stand-side credential, you'll need to add me to the team list.

How quickly can I get edits during a multi-day expo?

Accepted Answer

A nightly edit pack of 30–60 selects is standard, delivered before 8am the next morning. A daytime social pack within four hours of the day's peak is available as an add-on.

Do you film product demos to camera?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a tripod-mounted camera capturing the demo presenter plus a roving second-angle if needed. Audio via a discreet lav on the presenter and a backup boom.

Can you shoot interviews with our team or visitors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A small two-light setup with a clean backdrop or branded environment, lavaliers, autocue if you supply one. Cuts delivered with sub-clips per question for editing flexibility.

How do you handle restricted or under-NDA stands?

Accepted Answer

Brief me on no-photo zones in advance and I'll keep them off-frame. For under-NDA spaces I'm happy to sign your standard NDA before any visit.

What's your kit footprint on a busy stand?

Accepted Answer

Two bodies on harnesses, three primes, a rolling case for charging and laptop. No tripods on the floor unless agreed. Charging point at the stand is helpful but not essential.

Do you cover both UK and overseas expos?

Accepted Answer

Yes — overseas trips quoted with travel and accommodation included. Most regular work is UK, with occasional EU shows for ongoing clients.

Question 8

How are usage rights handled for reseller decks?

Accepted Answer

Reseller and partner-deck usage is included in the standard licence. The only exclusion is third-party stock or media-resale. If a partner needs raw footage, it's a separate licence.
