Black-tie awards with red carpet arrivals, on-stage handovers, winner portraits and after-party. PR team needed a press-ready gallery before 8am the next morning.
Approach
Three-zone coverage plan: arrivals at the entrance, on-stage from a fixed long lens, winner portrait corner with a small softbox setup. Edits handed off to a remote editor live for next-morning delivery.
Outcome
Gallery was in the trade press inboxes by 7:45am. Highlight reel ran across the awards' channels within 72 hours.
